John Schlichter

Mr. John Schlichter, the founder of OPM Experts, has implemented Project/Program Management Offices (PMO's) for many Fortune companies, facilitated large-scale organizational change, designed and led comprehensive training programs in project, program, and portfolio management, managed multi-million dollar technology projects, and has been a mentor to all levels of management. He is frequently invited to speak to audiences about project management across the globe. John originated and led the creation of the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3), which is an international standard used by all manner of organizations. John designed OPM3 by creating OPM3's underlying logical data model, and John was the sole author of the Capability Statements in OPM3 that pertain to standardizing, measuring, controlling, and (continuously) improving Project, Program, and Portfolio Management processes, which constituted the majority of the model's content. John has led the largest known OPM3 assessments, including project portfolios valued in billions of dollars. Peter Rogers

Peter was instrumental in the startup and success of two companies. In a third company, he served as head of strategic projects, and helped to take the company public on NASDAQ. Peter has been adjunct professor and guest lecturer at Florida International University and several other colleges and universities.
