Survey terms
These are the terms on which the AI Portfolio Management Survey is offered. They are short because the arrangement is simple: you give a few minutes and your honest answers, and you receive your readings by email.
Participation is voluntary
You take part because you choose to. You may stop at any point. Everything you answered before stopping is kept and used as the privacy notice describes, and you may ask for it to be removed at any time by replying to any results email.
Research use
Your responses inform a program of research, the Blueshift Initiative, convened by OPM Experts LLC with a founding cohort of participating organizations. Responses are analyzed and reported only in aggregate. No organization and no person is named in any publication, presentation, or dataset released from the survey.
Your readings
The readings in your results email and on your profile page are read back from your own answers. They describe how your portfolio's governance runs as you reported it; they are not an audit, an assessment of you or your organization, or professional advice. They are offered as they are, without warranty of any kind, and OPM Experts LLC accepts no liability for decisions taken on the strength of them.
Comparisons
Comparisons with other organizations are shown only when enough responses exist for them to mean something, and they describe the organizations that have answered so far, not any wider population. The side-by-side comparison with a colleague appears only where that colleague has agreed to it.
Inviting colleagues
If you enter colleagues' work email addresses, you confirm that you know them professionally and that an invitation from you would be welcome. Each address receives one email, with no reminders, and can decline further mail with one click. Invitations by email are not sent on behalf of respondents in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom.
The self-assessment
The organizational self-assessment offered at the end of the survey is a separate service with its own terms, which you see before you begin it. Asking for the link places you under no obligation.
Your data
How your data is collected, used, kept, and removed is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published at the same address with a new date. Changes do not apply to responses already given.
