According to John, "If you want the real goods and the inside scoop on OPM3, this is the place to come."
Active discussions include:
- How do you know an organization needs a maturity assessment? Join the group to read comments on (1) persistent execution difficulties in the management of projects, (2) fundamental misalignments of organizational expectations and possible outcomes, and (3) management absentia from and/or aversion to the enablement of effective governance, right-sized processes, and useful and usable metrics.
- Time and effort required for OPM3 self-assessment? Join the group to read comments on OPM3 Self-Assessment versus other products, and about scoping an organization and scoping use of OPM3.
- Academic studies on OPM3? Join the group to read comments about an empirical investigation of the effects of Total Quality Management on corporate performance.
