"Gotcha!" is not what you want to hear from your competitors.

Would you roll the dice with your strategic objectives?

You wouldn't. They are too important. But that is what you are doing if you have not quantified your Organizational Project Management capability.

Your strategies succeed and fail through projects, temporary endeavors designed to produce something new or unique through the ability of teams to improvise, adapt, and overcome. Are you sure your teams have the requisite capabilities to translate your organization's strategic intent into a portfolio of projects and to deliver those projects successfully to achieve the intended results?

And if your projects rely on resources from other organizations, are you sure those you are relying on can perform capably and predictably too?

Some say that it is better to be lucky than good. But when failure is not an option, neither is luck. Do not take unnecessary risks when your strategies must be executed successfully. We can assess and improve the capabilities of the organizations producing the project outcomes that are essential to your strategies.PMI's OPM3
